Listings that follow these are approved faster and rejected far less often.

  • Publish workflows that solve a real problem end to end, not fragments or demos.
  • Write a description that explains what it does and what someone needs to set it up.
  • Remove your own data before publishing. Real email addresses, spreadsheet IDs and API keys are rejected automatically.
  • Name your nodes clearly. Someone installing your workflow should understand it without asking you.
  • Keep listings current. A workflow that breaks when an integration changes reflects on your profile.
